# License Management

> Monitor fixed or unlimited subscription capacity and renewal status before changing organization usage.

# License management

Select the active subscription to review resource utilization. Fixed-capacity resources show used and total values; unlimited resources show current usage without a hard limit.

## Before adding accounts

* Confirm the correct subscription.
* Check remaining student and teacher capacity.
* Review the renewal date or warning.
* Remove or correct duplicate accounts before requesting more capacity.

Contact your Chanakya AI account representative when legitimate usage is approaching a fixed limit.

## Interpret quota rows

* **Used** is current consumption.
* **Limit** is the subscription maximum.
* **Remaining** is the available capacity.
* A zero limit can mean the resource is not included; confirm with your subscription contact before assuming it is unlimited.

Check the dashboard's last-updated time when reconciling a recent change.
