# Teacher Guide

# Teacher guide

The teacher workspace is organized around a simple cycle: plan work, assign it, monitor completion, review grading, and use the results to decide what comes next.

  <Step title="Choose the class context">
    On **Dashboard**, choose the assigned section and subject. The summary cards and insights update to the selected class context.

  <Step title="Create or upload work">
    Open **Tests** or **Homework**. Create content from curriculum selections, or upload a paper when that mode is available.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review before release">
    Preview the generated or extracted questions. Check question text, answer keys, marks, instructions, and dates before students receive the work.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Monitor and analyze">
    Track submissions from the management list. Open **View students** for learner-level status and **Class analysis** after graded results are available.

## Primary navigation

* **Dashboard** shows class size, class average, pending work, top performers, students needing attention, and chapter-level performance.
* **Tests** is the management table for creating, filtering, previewing, and analyzing tests.
* **Homework** provides the corresponding workflow for assignments.
* **Sections** lists assigned sections and their students.
* **Help** opens assistance resources.
* The profile menu provides **Settings**, feedback, and logout.

## Test lifecycle

The Tests table can show processing, extraction failure, pending, approved, rejected, graded, published, and deleted states. Available actions change with the state.

  **Class analysis** is available only when the assessment has enough completed, graded data. A disabled action usually means the test has not reached that stage.
