Frequently asked questions

Why does my workspace look different from a screenshot?

Your role, school plan, assigned classes, enabled features, device size, and available data affect what appears. Screenshots use example data.

Why is a menu item missing?

The feature may not be enabled for your school or role. Sign out and sign in again after an access change, then ask a Teacher or Administrator to verify your assignment.

Why is a feature locked?

Some Tests, Homework, Resources, or management features depend on the school plan. Contact an Administrator when the app asks you to enable access.

Why can I not see my result?

Submission processing, marking, analysis, or Teacher review may still be incomplete. Students see results after the Teacher publishes them.

Can I upload images and a PDF together?

No. Use one PDF or the allowed image files. Remove the current selection before switching formats.

What happens when I re-upload Homework?

The new answer sheet replaces the earlier one after processing. Confirm that the replacement is complete and belongs to the correct Homework.

Who can correct my class or section?

Tell your Teacher first if Student work is missing. An Administrator manages account and section assignments.

Does Analysed mean Students can see the result?

Not always. Analysed means analysis is ready for staff review. Published means the Student can see the shared result.

Should I create another account when I cannot sign in?

No. Ask an Administrator to verify or reset the existing account. A duplicate account can separate assignments and results.

What should I send to support?

Send your role, page, action, status or error, approximate time, and a short description. Never send a password, full answer sheet, or complete Student list.
