Analyze an individual student
Open the learner from View students or the student analysis view.
Check:
- Submission and grading status.
- Total score and question-level marks.
- Typed or uploaded answer evidence.
- Feedback and rubric alignment.
- Re-check or manual-edit history where available.
Change a mark or re-check only when the shown answer supports it. Record the reason using your school’s process.
Review sequence
- Confirm the student and test.
- Check whether the attempt was completed and graded.
- Compare the answer evidence with the expected answer or rubric.
- Review question-level marks before the total.
- Check prior re-check or manual-edit state.
- Save a correction only when the evidence supports it.
- Reopen the result and verify the total.
Do not judge understanding from the total score alone. A student may have missing work, an upload problem, or one important error.
