Student submissions

From a test or homework row, select View students. All Students page header for a selected test with More actions. Student submission search and result count. Submission columns for roll number, name, questions attempted, marks, and actions. Use search to locate an authorized learner by name, email, or roll number. Compare Questions Attempted with Marks before interpreting a low score: missing work and incorrect work require different follow-up.

Learner-level actions

  • View student analysis opens the learner’s outcome evidence.
  • View submission history shows their submission attempts and processing history.
  • A re-check should be limited to the intended learner and assessment.

Page-level actions

Submission page actions for Export and Delete submissions.
  • Export downloads the submission view for authorized use.
  • Delete submissions is a high-impact cleanup action. Confirm scope and institutional policy first.
Submission pages contain personally identifiable learner data. Do not capture or publish full-page screenshots, and do not send exports through unapproved channels.
